Yes. A volume-tiered price list is sent on request after a short introduction: region, company profile, categories of interest. Pricing depends on volume, configuration and delivery terms, which is why there is no public price list on the site.

Directly. We have our own manufacturing, and you deal with the factory and its engineers. That is the main reason partners come to us: there is no middleman between you and the line reselling someone else's goods.

Yes. GreenOE supports OEM and ODM projects for lithium batteries and energy storage products. Depending on the product, customization options may include branding, packaging, enclosure design, dimensions, color and selected functions. 7–15 days for standard enclosures. If a new enclosure with tooling is required the term is longer; we quote the exact figure after receiving the technical brief rather than promising blind.

Cells go through incoming inspection and automatic grading by capacity and internal resistance. Bus bars are laser-welded, not hand-soldered. Every pack without exception goes through a full aging cycle under load. Before shipment we produce a photo report of the batch.

Yes, please do. Arrange the date in advance and we will organise a meeting, a shop-floor tour and a discussion with the engineers. If travel is not possible we will run a live video tour of the plant.

Lithium battery production lead time depends on the model, order quantity, component availability and customization requirements. Standard models and products requiring new enclosure designs may have different schedules. Before confirming an order, GreenOE will review your specifications and quantities to provide an estimated production timeline. For repeat orders, advance planning can help distributors manage inventory more effectively.

Yes. GreenOE can evaluate custom lithium battery pack projects based on your application and technical requirements. To assess a project, please provide the required voltage, capacity, continuous and peak discharge current, available installation space, operating temperature range and charging method. Our team can then review the battery configuration, BMS requirements and customization feasibility before confirming a technical proposal.

Conformity certificates, test reports, UN38.3, MSDS, packing list, invoice and batch specification. The manual and warranty card can be in Russian. The full package for a specific shipment is agreed in advance.

The status for specific items is confirmed per shipment — regulations and lists change, so we do not give a blanket answer for all SKUs at once. Send your item list and we will come back with current information and a route for the paperwork.

There are two routes. Fast-moving items can be taken from our warehouse in Russia — then we are talking about days. For made-to-order items the term consists of production plus the chosen transport mode; we quote exact timing per route and volume.

Shipping documentation depends on the battery type, product model, destination country and transport method. Depending on the shipment, available documents may include UN 38.3 test summaries, safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS), product specifications, commercial invoices and packing lists. Additional certificates or import documents may be required by local regulations. Please confirm your destination and product models in advance so we can check the applicable requirements.

Lithium battery shipments may be subject to specific packaging, labeling, documentation and carrier requirements. 1 year on LiFePO4 batteries. For portable power stations and storage systems the terms are stated in the specification of the specific model. The warranty applies when the rated charge, discharge and temperature conditions are observed.

In most cases the unit does not need to be returned. You send photos, a description and, if the model supports it, BMS logs — our engineer issues a conclusion. A confirmed warranty case is closed by replacement or compensation under an agreed scheme.

Yes. We have a Russian-speaking manager, and correspondence and documentation are handled in Russian. For technical questions we bring an engineer into the conversation directly.

Choosing the right LiFePO4 battery depends on your system voltage, required capacity, power demand, installation space and charging setup. You should also check the battery's continuous discharge current, peak current, operating temperature range and BMS compatibility. If a lithium battery will not charge or discharge, first check the battery connections, charger compatibility, terminal voltage and operating temperature. The battery management system (BMS) may also have activated a protection function because of low voltage, excessive current or temperature conditions. Stop using the battery if you notice swelling, overheating, unusual odors or physical damage.
